 According to http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/MythBrowser the page up/down
 buttons should scroll about half a page up or down. However, as of today
 mythbrowser scrolls a complete page. This occasionally makes it hard a
 view a specific part between two pages which the always is on the page
 boundary.

 The attached patch scrolls not half but about 3/4 of a page. To me, this
 seems more natural. There is a need to synchronize the docs with whatever
 the implementation is.
