 Replacement patch attached.
 If I understand correctly, these changes could be pulled in with no impact
 to the translation crowd (since what the strings are being changed to
 already exists).  In other words, these changes do not add any new
 strings.

 Correct "All right" to be "Alright", which is already in graphite.

 Correct "mythtv"  to be "MythTV", which is already in defaultmenu.

 Correct "Select" to be "select", which is already used in metallurgy.

 Correct various versions of "Please Wait" to be "Please Wait...", which is
 already used in Arclight.
