 As discussed on mythtv-dev, this patch updates themestringstool/run.sh so
 the script is able to redirect plugin specific themestrings into the
 themestrings.h files of the plugins, instead of just putting all of the
 themestrings into mythtv.

 This should minimize unnecessary translation work.

 I've attached a sanity_test.txt, which shows a small test of the new
 script.
