Comment:

 (In [23631]) Fix #7854 by removing the old-style screens for the DVD and
 CD import screens in Metallurgy.  In the strictest sense, the 'real' fix
 to this ticket is to complete the theme, but this will at least allow one
 to fall back to default-wide for these screens.
