 probably related to #8134. proper fix for this issue is still being worked
 out. you can apply
 http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/attachment/ticket/8134/ticket_8134_fix.patch to
 your install as temp workaround. it may cause a crash, that's why its not
 committed.
