Log:

Update table creation to use the MySQL table option ENGINE rather than the deprecated TYPE.

The TYPE option is deprecated and has been replaced with the ENGINE option since MySQL 4.0.18 and 4.1.2 ( http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/4.1/en/create-table.html ).  Since we require MySQL 5.0.15 or higher, switch to the ENGINE option before the TYPE option is removed.
