Log:

Deal correctly with bad channels and Live TV. This probably only happens when
people have been fiddling with the database, or when testing with file:// or
IMPORT tuners. Replaces ridiculous channel ids in Live TV files, like;
4294967295_20100728200942.mpg, with 9999_20100728200942.mpg.
Only lightly tested on Mac OS X against the IMPORT tuner.
