Patch to Technology mashup grabber from Doug Vaughan who sends the following note:

15 new CNet RSS feeds for the technology mashup grabber, 8 of those have optional both HD and SD links. HD has been set as the default in all cases. The new sources are automatically added to the technologyMashup.xml user preference file the next time the technology grabber is run.
