Log:

Remove some Qt UI font settings.

These settings affect non-MythUI screens, primarily setup pages, so we just need reasonable (and readable) default values.  Now that they have virtually no effect on the UI, the settings just cause confusion for users who adjust them expecting MythUI theme-specified fonts to change size, so they're being removed.
