Log:

As per the Proposed Settings Rework RFC of 3rd Nov 2009, remove the 'Use transparent boxes' and 'Popup background shading method' settings. The former only affects mythmusic and won't be used at all when that is ported to mythui. The latter hasn't been used for a long time.
