Comment:

 If you want to try something *extremely* adventurous, you can try patching
 .23-fixes with this, which resyncs our libdvdnav and dvdread to upstream
 current.  The only differences between our dvdnav and read and VLCs are
 that theirs is current, and one tiny patch on top of that.  This would
 help me understand if a resync would fix the issue.
