 The Overlay Caption setting on screen 2 of the MythGallery settings let’s
 the user choose the number of seconds for which to display the caption on
 the full size image view.

 However, in testing this logic in 23-fixes and head the actual behavior
 is:

 1.      the caption stays as long as the image is viewed (both direct view
 & slideshow).  The number of seconds setting appears to have no effect.

 2.      In slideshow mode, the caption is only shown for the first image
 and it not shown thereafter.
