Log:

Move the KEYDB.cfg location definition in BDRingBuffer.cpp to make sure it gets filled with the config dir.

As an aside, I have now tested Myth's Blu-ray implementation against a current snapshot of libaacs and have successfully played encrypted Blu-rays.  It is non trivial and not for the faint of heart, but it does work.  Fun!
