 Timestretch can be a little jerky because Myth just tries to
 decode/display the frames faster, but they still have to fit within the
 refresh.

 This patch tries to predictively drop frames at a steady rate, to match
 the timestretch speed.  While it does not make playback silky smooth, it
 does make it much less jerky.
