Comment:

 I am still unable to build a working mythmusic plugin (libcdaudio library
 seems bad - it needs some extra Unix functions), but the packager still
 has --disable-mythmusic for a good reason. It isn't fully ported.

 When someone finally removes the libcdaudio dependance (for Unix ''and''
 MinGW), we will be a little closer, but for now, I am stuck?
