Log:

Move tree updating in MythNetvision into its own thread.  Still blocks in the UI because I don't like some of the behaviors when one attempts to switch views or leave the plugin with the thread running in the background (specifically that it blocks until the current script finishes, which could be several minutes).  A step in the right direction, but not quite there yet.
