 When activating "DVB CC subtitles" they're placed in the middle of the
 screen.[[BR]]

 Relevant system info:[[BR]]
 * MythTV 0.22 at fixes-23084[[BR]]
 * Nvidia 9600GT card (Using VDPAU)[[BR]]
 * HDMI to TV running at 1080p[[BR]]
 * OSD theme: BlackCurves-OSD [[BR]]

 I tried this patch, but it didn't quite seem to work:
