Log:

Full rework of positioning and font sizing in MythCenter-wide so the theme looks similar at 1280x720 and 1920x1080. What this means is that sizes and locations are all even numbers so that when multiplied by 1.5 to convert from the theme's native 1280x720 to 1920x1080 the resulting sizes and positions are not truncated down to the nearest pixel thereby changing the layout.

Note other resolutions will still not look good because of the absolute positioning, but until we have some layout management implemented in MythUI this is unavoidable.
