 Just to let everyone know that I am testing this patch.

 I'm running svn22759 which is virtually 0.22, and am making daily use of
 the Slave Shutdown feature that cpinkham added.

 I'll report my findings. One difference I have noted so far is that I'm
 not using Mythwelcome, and the patch seems to have some dependence upon
 that -- it's not working for me 100% correct yet. I am using a 24/7 Master
 server and sleep/wake Slave.
