 In r25632, r25633 and some more, stuartm cleaned up (deleted) the XML menu
 translations for MythTV. Afterwards the section on XML menu translations
 was deleted on the Translation wiki page, to avoid confusion. This is all
 good, but current trunk still has 405 XML-translations for the plugins. In
 other words, 405 strings are now untranslatable through QT/Linguist and
 without any information in the wiki on how to identify/delete the
 deprecated XML translations.

 This patch should delete the remaining XML translations, making them
 translatable through QT/Linguist.
