 Currently in trunk the UPnP server for video scans the mythvideo
 directories and serves the video files it finds there independently of
 MythVideo.

 This patch changes the UPnP server to use the mythvideo records from the
 database, which includes the user-generated metadata and the coverart.

 This drops the use of the upnpmedia table and negates the need for
 scanning directories independently of mythvideo.
