 The attached patches contain the following changes:
 * the image "selectedimage" (present in Arclight and Graphite) is updated
 when entering a directory that already has thumbnails generated, and also
 on ThumbGenEvents

 * the dimensions of "selectedimage" is used when generating thumbnails if
 one of its sides are larger than the same side of the button item

 * the width of "selectedimage" in Arclight is reduced a bit to make the
 margins equal on both sides
