 mythfilldatabase (MFDB) does not need to be run on MythTV systems using
 only EIT data collection.

 Historically, this was not the case when the relevant housekeeping code
 was contained within MFDB, but since this was moved into the backend the
 requirement to run MFDB with EIT sources no longer exists.

 mythtv-setup currently exits with the message:

 "If you've added or altered channels, please run MFDB on the master
 backend to populate the database with guide information"

 This message is invalid if using EIT and may add additional confusion to
 users configuring MythTV.
