 (In [24301]) Backport [24300] to 0.23-fixes. Include airdate(year) in the
 metadata pulled by LoadProgramFromRecorded(), this fixes the disappearing
 year and rating information when update/add events are received in the
 Watch Recordings screen. Refs #8396
