 (In [24238]) Refs #8375. add dvdnav_first_play(). starts the dvd from the
 beginning. previous use of RingBuffer->Seek didn't do the trick in all
 cases.
  used in AFD after running av_stream_find_info to seek to the beginning of
 the dvd.
 stripped iso crash cause of the changes in the ticket. curious if regular
 dvds crash too. so far none i have do.
