Fix settings-cache clearing for settings with spaces, and fix saving of default view for MythVideo.

[22779] added code that allowed clearing specific settings from the settings cache for efficiency, rather than clearing the entire cache every time.  The code made the assumption that no settings have spaces in them, which--by my count--is valid > 99.75% of the time.  Unfortunately, a single extremely-old setting in MythVideo, "Default MythVideo View", uses spaces, so it wasn't being cleared from the cache.
