Log:

Allow "Cannot load language en_us for module..." log messages (just as they're allowed for every other locale).

Reverts [21235].  We actually need US English translations for plugins to allow proper pluralizations (see http://doc.trolltech.com/qq/qq19-plurals.html ).  Without the messages, users won't know that the translations are needed, so won't volunteer to help.

Further, the en_gb versions of these messages actually inspired 3 users on the mythtv-users mailing list to volunteer to do translations for en_gb.  I'm hoping the same will happen for en_us.
