Comment:

 (In [24080]) Fixes #8333.  Make MythTranscode/Commflag/LCDServer status
 messages translatable.  I am hesitant to backport this one since the
 status messages walk a fine line between user-facing strings and
 troubleshooting messages (which have their widest audience in english).
 However, as the current translatable strings don't appear to be error
 messages or critical troubleshooting, and because they are visible in the
 System status and mythweb user-facing locations, I am committing them.
 We'll keep them trunk only for now and see how it shakes out.
