 Fanart is not shown with recordings with non-english characters in title.
 (Ä and Ö in my case).

 Jamu.py downloads fanart for all recordings, even for those problematic
 ones but thosa are just not shown.

 Example tv show Selviytyjät (Survivor) is not working.
