 Based on report from Daniel Prynych (using ASUS My Cinema-P7131 Hybrid),
 quite some googling and discussion with Daniel Kristjansson and Janne
 Grunau I'd like to change one of the offsets from 0 to 125 kHz. Please see
 the attached patch.
