 Add Suspend Menu Option to frontend exit menu options.


 Why? Makes Suspend a Remote selectable option, Faster closes result - and
 much faster resumes, e.g. as triggered by power switch, WOL e.g. from
 remotes such as mythdroid.  {Also avoids issues that can result on boot
 where a kernal might need to be manually selected}

 May need to be set as an option as some hardware may not suspend - however
 this might be OK with default ubuntu behaviour?  (An alternative could be
 to change the Shutdown action to a Suspend action by option selection.
 Consideration to accommodate anyone wanting to hibernate also, however the
 merits of this are probably a lot lower?)
