internal dvd player. video resolution changes in dvds are now handled gracefully in videoutput code. no need to force dvd to rediscover video stream. current code, which this patch removes, causes constant looping of iso provided in #8280 at the point where the video resolution changes. will commit to 0.23 fixes in a few weeks if no problems are reported.
