Remove the DisplayGroupDefaultView setting, which was replaced with the dynamically-managed-in-Watch-Recordings-screen DisplayGroupDefaultViewMask in [11440] , but the no-longer-necessary settings widget was accidentally resurrected in the mythtv-vid merge in [14405].
