Comment:

 (In [22126]) Closes #7212.  Reorder the status probe in MTD to try to open
 the device *after* checking the tray status.  Trying to open the device
 when the tray was open automatically closes the tray.  This means that
 every time the tray was opened, it was immediately closed as part of the
 probe.  Here at MythTV, we recognize that your DVR shearing off your
 wife's fingers is the kind of thing that will get you in trouble.
