 The mythweather does not provide current updated data. I observe this
 behaviour for Berlin, Germany and for some other cities.

 Looking detailed at the output of the BBC grabers for location W4096
 (Berlin), I receive 19 degree and cloudy every day. The values do not
 change. It is wrong.

 As I can see, the the BBC web page changed the RSS feed interface.

 Accordingly, adaptation to the BBC graber is needed.
