 If during program playback the user deletes a recording during playback
 (where the program is the only entry of a particular program name) when
 returning to the recorded programs listing program listed is the next in
 the column on the left (program name) and the focus is in the right hand
 column (program subtitle list).

 This is defintatly if MythTV is set to ask on exit of watching a recorded
 program whether to save, delete etc and the user chooses to delete at this
 point.

 However if the user returns to the program guide, and has focus in
 thesubtitle column, deleting the entry changes the program name to the
 next in the program list, but leaves focus in the right hand column

 This is a minor inconsistency which could do with review.
