Log:

Refs #7303.  Fix the JUMPTODVDROOTMENU keybinding, which was broken by changes to the design of DVDRingBufferPriv::GoToMenu() in the dvdnav resync in [19956].

I'll backport this to 0.22-fixes after 0.22 is released.  Until then, users can use MENU|DVD Root Menu to get the same functionality (as it was updated in the resync).
