 !MythWeb uses !DefaultStartOffset and !DefaultStartOffset to determine
 these values, however I can't see these in the default settings table as
 of r22611.

 Patch (above) uses the !RecordOverTime and !RecordPreRoll global settings
 set by frontends (in seconds), divides by 60 (to get the time in minutes)
 and rounds up to the nearest integer.

 I guess a better fix would be to get MythWeb working in seconds not
 minutes for ''Start Early'' and ''End Late'' options.
