 Internal player starts DVD playback with approx. 1.2 speed. OSD reports
 x1.0. Going into OSD, setting value different from x1.0 and going back to
 x1.0 sets speed to correct x1.0 value. Tested with 3 different DVD's.
 0.22-fixes SVN22579, Nvidia 190.42, monitor 1368x768 at 60Hz
