 The Internal player honors cutlists for videos during MythVideo playback,
 but there seems to be no way to add the cutlist to the database.  This
 mythcommflag patch adds support for --getcutlist, --clearcutlist, and
 --setcutlist when used in conjunction with --video.

 A video cutlist is useful when copying a recording into the MythVideo
 area, where the recording originates from a device like the HD-PVR where
 lossless transcoding is not supported.
