Log:

A couple fixes for the MythUIFileBrowser.

- Disable the 'Back' (Up Level) button when we're at the root
  directory or top of a remote Storage Group.

- Fix an issue with a Parent link showing when we are at the
  top of a remote Storage Group with only one directory in
  the group.  When browsing a Storage Group with only one
  directory, the top-most level that can be browsed is the
  top of the single directory.  When there are multiple
  directories in a Storage Group, the top-most level is a
  list of directories in the Storage Group which allows
  browsing all directories.
