 The netflix-ui.xml file in default-wide/ is almost identical to that file
 in default/.  When I view mythflix in widescreen, I see a default 4x3
 presentation instead of a widescreen presentation.

 default-wide: mythtv-release-0.22-fixes/mythplugins/mythflix/theme
 /default-wide/netflix-ui.xml

 Here is the netflix-ui.xml file in default-wide:

 I'm interested in starting to contribute.  I may be able to fix this
 myself and submit an update (haven't done this before).  If such help
 desired, please let me know.  I wouldn't want to duplicate work if this is
 someone else's arena.  I'm interested in doing several enhancements for
 mythflix in general.
