 I have a sample file here: http://www.mattsshack.com/sample.mkv
 The sample file was made by using: dd if=infile of=sample.mkv bs=1024K
 count=50
 The sample.mkv reports the wrong time on playback but still has the same
 slow audio problem as the original file.

 Let me know if I need to provide any more information or test.
