 When changing cards, TV::SwitchCards() doesn't check if the cardtype ==
 dummy (ie: signal monitor) resulting in the RingBuffer wanting to open the
 file and read data. This slows down channel changing between cards by
 several seconds if the second card is a DVB card.

 Patch attached.
