 updated as requested for mod themes.  osd-theme.diff mods the main themes
 defaultosd and blueosd.  Note that these aren't well suited for this, in
 defaultosd there's no place to put the coverart and no room in either
 theme to show the movie length/duration.   Also attached a mod for the
 retro OSD theme.    Also my tweaked version of osd.xml for Stuart's
 excellent metallurgy OSD theme.

 The Retro and metallurgy OSD themes are best suited for this patch.
