 Running win32-packager.pl gives this error:

 ERR: Unable to automatically fetch file!\nPerhaps manually downloading
 from the
 URL to the filename (both listed above) might work, or you might want to
 choose
 your own SF mirror (edit this script for instructions), or perhaps this
 version
 of the file is no longer available. at win32-packager.pl line 2703.

 Can be solved by changing the version in win32-packager.pl to 5.1.31
