Comment:

 (In [20233]) Create some PlaybackBox helpers for creating popup menus.

 Rework the Playlist popup menus a little bit to make them closer to the
 format of the individual recording popup menu.

 Add Playlist actions to enable and disable AutoExpire for all playlist
 items.


 Closes #4743, but only uses parts of the patch since PBB has undergone
 major
 changes with the MythUI redesign, therefore all bugs in this commit are
 mine.
