 There appears to be a problem with the javascript that displays the
 tooltips for show information in MythWeb.  The problems appears in IE6 and
 to a lesser extent in firefox 3.

 The tooltip renders too far to the left and the content of the tooltip is
 only partialy visible.

 The fix is to limit the tooltip left edge to >=0 values.  Attached diff is
 just this fix for left edge case although a top edge case may be
 implemented as well.
