Log:

Convert the Previously Recorded screen to MythUI.

Actually I just merged it with the Program List screen since they are very
similar and share a lot of common code.

For consistency with other screens MENU now shows a popup menu for easy access
to options that were previously only available thought key presses.

The INFO key now shows the choose search criteria popup or you can access it
though the menu.

The help text has been removed from the 4:3 default screen to make more 
room for the screen title text area that was often being cut off, also
tweaked the channel and recording time text areas so they aren't truncated as
often.

Fixed a recently introduced bug were the screen title and search name text
areas were being reset when they shouldn't.
