 mythtv setup does not respect the unencrypted only option when doing
 channel QAM-256 channel scans. It is grouping them in one of the pop-up
 group after the scan which does not say anything about encrypted changes.
 Sorry for the vague ticket
 I am running latest build from fusion rpm on FC11
